What is the best way to contact you?

  • Please use the contact form on our website to contact us. You can also email us directly at vznclothingbrand@gmail.com
    ** Please do NOT message us through our instagram page for order inquiries. Please note that we receive a high volume of DMs and there will most likely be a delayed response through social media. However, we aim to answer all DMs as they are received. 

PREORDERS

How long do preorders take to arrive?

  • Preorders generally take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Exact shipping times may vary

 How can I receive updates on the status of my preorder?

  • Please include your order number with any questions on your order status. You can use our contact form or email us directly at vznclothingbrand@gmail.com

How do I know if an item is for preorder? 

  • We include shipping estimates in each item’s product description.
    If an item is for preorder, it will be indicated by the shipping estimate
    in the description. 

Policy:
Items for preorder are not currently in stock and have not been manufactured/produced yet. Preorders are placed like normal through our website. Please note that preorders cannot be refunded or canceled once the order has been placed with us. 

We often use preorders when releasing items as it reduces waste and our own environmental impact. Much of the waste produced by the fashion industry is from the production/manufacturing process

Please note: The preorder time frame is an estimate; the exact dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to delays. Delays can be caused by many reasons including fabric sourcing delays, shipments being held by customs, and other production issues. We are not responsible for delays that occur during the production process, but we will always provide updates when items may be delayed longer than originally estimated. 

We include the shipping estimates in each item’s product description. Your order will be shipped out once we receive the items. 

Disclosure: We aim to ensure that the items are as close to the original images as possible. Some items may vary slightly in appearance due to fabric sourcing variables. The color of fabric will be sourced as close to the original color as possible; we will not be responsible for minor variations in color. 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

When will my order ship? 

  • With standard shipping, orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
    ** Please check the item descriptions for shipping estimates and to see if an item is for preorder. Preorder shipping times may vary. 

Will I receive a tracking number?

  • Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. All tracking will be through USPS. 

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we ship internationally at a higher shipping cost. Shipping times will be longer for all orders outside of the U.S.

Why didn’t I receive all of my items?

  • Some items may ship separately in multiple shipments. You will receive email confirmation once ALL of the items in your order have shipped. If you would like to know which items in your order have been shipped, please contact us. 

Policy:
All shipping estimates will be provided in each item’s description.

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any delayed, mis-delivered, or lost packages. The USPS has been experiencing delays at a national level due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation that may impact the arrival of your package. Please refer to the USPS website for more information and contact the USPS if your order is delayed after shipment. 

If you provided an incorrect address at the time of ordering, you can change it until your order has been marked as shipped. We are not responsible for replacing packages that were sent to an incorrect address that was provided. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Do you offer returns? 

  • All sales are final after purchase. We offer returns on a case by case basis. If you feel that you need a refund, please contact us and we will discuss a solution. 

Do you offer exchanges?

  • We offer exchanges on size or color on a case by case basis. We usually cannot offer exchanges due to our limited quantities in stock. 

How long can I make changes to my order?

  • You can make changes to your order for up to 24 hours. If you see that you ordered the incorrect item, size, or address, please contact us and we will make note of the change in your order.

Policy:
If your item is damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory, please contact us so we can further resolve the issue. If looking to make a return or exchange due to receiving the incorrect item or size, please send us an image of the item you received.
